Meet Hailee

Hi, I’m Hailee! I have been a dedicated professional in the beauty industry for 15 years. As an independent contractor at Studio 180, I bring a unique perspective to the chair; before my career in hair, I was an elementary teacher, which still deeply influences how I approach my work today. I believe in thoughtful consultations, clear communication, and empowering my clients to truly understand and care for their hair.

I specialize in blondes, lived-in color, dimensional brunettes, and seamless gray blending, always with a steadfast focus on healthy results that fit your specific lifestyle.

I love getting to know my clients’ personalities almost as much as I love learning about their hair. Building real connections and creating a comfortable, welcoming experience is the heart of what I do. Outside of the salon, I’ve been married for 10 years and am a mom to two young boys. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find us outside soaking up the fresh air and enjoying time together.
