THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

STUDIO 180 is a hybrid salon. This means we have a team of both commission and independent contractors on our beauty salon team. Please keep in mind, when booking, that if you are not booking with one of our commission team members, you will be working one on one with your independent salon professional. They will work with you for booking any service or any other requests or questions you may have with your provider. 

OUR SALON PRICING

Our pricing in our beauty salon is based on a level and performance system to give our clients a choice in their service provider of their choice. Every salon member must complete our in-salon skill program. This being the case so that you, being the client, can have confidence that you are in great hands. 

Please note: If you are late for an appointment by 15 minutes or more, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten your session. Our cancellation policy requires guests to cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a penalty. Guests who cancel within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. 

RETURN POLICY FOR SERVICES

Studio 180’s service(s) are non-refundable; however, we are more than happy to schedule a correction service free of charge if we have made an error with your beauty expectations received by your beauty professional. Please contact management for further assistance with this policy at (317) 839-6066.

Please contact management within 48 hours of your dissatisfaction so we can assist you in finding a remedy for the situation. 

If you have changed your mind or decide to do something different, there will be a nominal charge for the correction.

Please note: Using home color or going from darker to lighter tones is not an exact science and will most likely result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. If this is the case, your service provider will advise you during your consultation and your service will not be subject to our complimentary adjustment policy.

RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL PURCHASES

Retail products may be returned within 7 days of original purchase if less than 25% has been used. No cash value is given, and in-store credit will be issued. Open makeup, skin, and body products are unable to be returned and/or exchanged.

Please Note: Ambre Oils and other beauty merchandise, such as jewelry and hair accessories are non-returnable. If you purchase any equipment, please refer to your manufacturer’s warranty.  

All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Studio 180 has the right to refuse customers who demonstrate behavior deemed as inappropriate by management. 

Thank you for understanding that we make our living by reserving time especially for you. Due to the length of most appointments, we require 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This courtesy allows us to give your reserved time to another client that would like to come in. Notice less than 24 hours is subject to a service fee. Forgotten, no-show, or last minute cancellations will be charged the reserved time of half service price.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

We please ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot.  A cancellation fee of up to 50% of your service cost will be charged if proper notice is not received for cancellation of service(s).

Please Note: You will be required to provide a credit card or gift card number prior to booking and will only be charged for services if proper notice is not given. To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call the salon or your beauty provider.

ARRIVING LATE

Your time is important to us, and we are committed to offering all guests a reliable timetable. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or will be offered a shortened service so we may serve every guest promptly.

NAIL POLICY FOR REMOVAL OF GEL POLISH

If you currently have gel on your nails, make sure you are also booked for a gel removal, as the removal process can take longer than your scheduled appointment. We DO NOT remove acrylic or other nail services that require drills.

PROMOTING HEALTH & WELLBEING

We ask that you be courteous to our staff by canceling your appointment if you have any communicable diseases such as a cold, flu, cold sores, head lice, athlete’s foot, other skin conditions, etc. This is for the protection of the technician performing the service as well as our other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service if we see a possibility of a safety concern.

REGARDING CHILDREN

We ask that you do not bring your children to your exclusive appointment in our beauty salon. This is for the safety of your child, due to the hot tools and other dangerous equipment we carry, as well as maintaining a relaxing atmosphere for yourself and for other guests. 

REFERRALS

 Please let your family and friends know about us so we can continue growing our beauty salon. This is how we build our clientele business by working with our guests to build your beauty professional’s business. Ask your service provider for more information on our referral program.
