THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

STUDIO 180 is a hybrid salon. This means we have a team of both commission and independent contractors on our beauty salon team. Please keep in mind, when booking, that if you are not booking with one of our commission team members, you will be working one on one with your independent salon professional for booking any service or any other requests or questions you may have with your provider. 

OUR SALON PRICING

Our pricing in our beauty salon is based on a level and performance system to give our clients a choice in their service provider of their choice. Every salon member must complete our in-salon skill program. This being the case so that you, being the client, can have confidence that you are in great hands. 

Please note: If you are late for an appointment by 15 minutes or more, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten your session. Our cancellation policy requires guests to cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a penalty. Guests who cancel within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. 

CANCELLATION POLICY / ARRIVING LATE / NO SHOWS

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time so that we may have ample time to fill that time slot. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

We please ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot.  A cancellation fee of up to 50% of your service cost will be charged if proper notice is not received for cancellation of service(s).

Please Note: You will be required to provide a credit card or gift card number prior to booking and will only be charged for services if proper notice is not given. To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call the salon or your beauty provider.

Your time is important to us, and we are committed to offering all guests a reliable timetable. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or will be offered a shortened service so we may serve every guest promptly.
